QUALITY POLICY

Nova Plasteste's quality policy aims the satisfaction of customer's needs and expectations, through the pursuit of excellence and compliance of products and services, following the principles of continuos improvement. Having said that, Nova Plasteste takes on the following commitments:

  • Establishing and maintaining a Quality Management System according to the norm NP EN ISO 9001, compromising to continuously improve the system's effectiveness through periodic reviews of the quality goals and by fulfilling customer's requirements;
  • Promoting the dissemination of the quality policy among all the interested parts;
  • Fulfilling the obligations of applicable conformity;
  • Ensuring levels of excellence in products and services, by satisfying customers' needs and expectations and building a relationship based on loyalty;
  • Promoting mutually profitable relationships with the suppliers;
  • Unleashing training programs, information and awareness activities, in order to promote personal and professional development of the persons, by encouraging iniciative, productivity, competence and commitment on achieving the quality goals;
  • Continuously improving the products and processes;
  • Optimizing the costs in all company levels, through the management of processes;
  • Eliminating the causes of failures and preventing their occurrence, and also eliminating the causes of potential failures in order to prevent their occurrence.
